We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee vehicle availability. However, during busy seasons (holidays, long weekends, and peak tourist seasons), it's advisable to make your booking well in advance to secure a slot.

Any cancellation made 48 hours prior to the travel date can be rescheduled to another date at no extra charge. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the travel date will attract a 100% cancellation fee. This policy applies to transfers only.
